As a pharmacist you are in the business of dispensing professional advice. Just as your customers rely on you for the right advice, now you can rely on Guild for award winning risk management advice.

Awarded ‘Risk Team Of The year' in the 2008 Australia & New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards, we understand both the professional and business risks associated with running a pharmacy. We'll be working closely with the Pharmacy Guild to deliver a range of risk management services for pharmacists.

Keep an eye out for articles, presentations and other resources designed to assist you in recognising and managing your risks around the pharmacy. One of these resources is ‘RiskMASTER'- an online risk management tool. RiskMASTER assists pharmacies in assessing their management of the risks faced in their daily operations, helping pharmacies to identify risks, identify opportunities for improvement - thereby reducing the impact of risk.

RiskMASTER will provide advice on a range of both professional and business risks such as dispensing, public liability, occupational health and safety and property risks. It has been developed in conjunction with the Pharmacy Guild as a member benefit and will be made available through the Members Section of the Pharmacy Guild website.
